WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
BOOKING
Book online or call 862-409-9201. A valid card is required to hold your spot and is only charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
We understand things come up! Please let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Late Cancellation/Reschedule: 25% fee
No-shows: 50% fee
To protect our technicians' time, 3+ incidents may lead to higher fees or booking refusal.
LATENESS
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are 10+ minutes late, we will work within the remaining time, but full results cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduling at this point is considered a late cancellation.
Refills are best every 2–3 weeks. After 3 weeks, please book a new set.
Refill pricing applies only to Mellowlashbar clients — we don’t provide refills on work done elsewhere. Please note that style changes require a new set to create the look you'll love.
REFILLS
While we don't offer refunds on services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment, and we'll be happy to schedule a complimentary touch-up. This doesn't cover changes to the style or length we decided on together.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Allergic reactions are rare but possible. If it happens, please contact us right away — we’ll remove your lashes for free.
We recommend an allergy test at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you’ve had a reaction to lash adhesive before, we do not recommend getting extensions again. You’re welcome to call us first if you’d like to discuss your situation.
