By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you.
A valid card is required to hold your spot and is only charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation / No-Show
We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours: 25% fee.
No-shows: 50% fee.
To protect our technicians’ time, 3 or more incidents may lead to higher fees or booking refusal.
Lateness
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are 10 or more minutes late, we will work within the remaining time, but full results cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduling at that point is considered a late cancellation.
Refills
Refills are best every 2–3 weeks. After 3 weeks, please book a new set.
Refill pricing applies only to Mellowlashbar clients. We do not provide refills on work done elsewhere. Style changes require a new set.
Service Guarantee
We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment and we will be happy to schedule a complimentary touch-up.
This does not cover changes to the style or length chosen during your appointment.
Allergies
Allergic reactions are rare but possible. If it happens, please contact us right away and we will remove your lashes for free.
We recommend an allergy test at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you have had a previous reaction to lash adhesive, we do not recommend getting extensions again.
If you currently have lash extensions applied by another salon, a removal must be booked with your appointment.
